Perfect hotel, very-very nice and polite staff. Magnificent location in a very green area really close to the congress center, S-Bahn and the nearest S and U bahn station. Plenty of options for breakfast including eggs, bangers, and bacon.

Fairly easy access to hotel from Autobahn. Free parking and workout room and pool. Hotel restaurant was quite reasonable.
It is a 6 or 7 minute walk to the UBahn and the hotel is in the suburbs of Munich. I would recommend this hotel but not for tourists wanting to see the city. No selection of restaurants in the area.

The hotel is situated in a nice residential area that's less than a 5-minute walk from Zamilapark, perfect for a leisurely stroll, and about 6 km from iconic landmarks like Marienplatz. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Suburban atmosphere next to parks and nice homes gave a good feel of real Munich. Also, staff and rooms were cozy and relaxed, and service was good.
Max temperatures were around 30C when I was there and with no cooling airconditioning, the rooms did get hot on the upper floor.

Some staff could be somewhat more helpful on questions from costumers. I was misinformed on internet possibilities. Free internet was only available with a cable that had to be purchased.

The fitness center and indoor pool were definitely highlights, great to relax and enjoy our time. Breakfast had a wide selection that kept us energized for our adventures. Strong WiFi was a plus. Perfect base for exploring the city and convenient public transport access.
